Event display, how did it happen, how do I make it happen?
Return to board index
Good day all. My partner sits next to me on the couch as we work our way through the world. Yesterday, she pipes up and says, "What's this?" and shows me a small box on the bottom right of the display that says , "Events 63" then a short list of 'events' that just happened. Anyone have an idea about this? I am certain it's a UI feature that some addon makes use of, but I've never seen it displayed and my partner can be pretty fumble fingered, so she has no clue what she did to turn it on. I've a screen shot, but don't know how to get it available to you here other than posting it somewhere and including a link.
Any comments and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Happy New Year to all and my Grandfather Winter fill your every wish.
This is an experiment: Here's a link to the partial screen shot.
Chat addon maybe? Try listing your addons so we have an idea of what you are running.
Here's the list of, other than Blizz, addons:
The graphics look like Carbonite, and this description from the Carbonite Curse page matches it well:
Events - A time stamped list of experience and honor gained, enemies killed and other information. What was the name of that guy who ganked you 10 minutes ago? How much honor did you get from the last 3 kills? Did you land the killing blow? Look and see.
Thank you - now in search of how to repeat it. hmmmm . last guy I killed eh?
That was it - Thanks.
