hello questing adventurers!
for some long time i'm trying to construct a proper mage deck and it seems i still lack something. i tried several options, reorganised it completely and each time i check its success rate at local hearthstone competition...and i fail - usually. not that fail when you end up last in brackets but just fail, don't get any further.

i modified it a bit and added few more minions instead of spells but...heck. is it the right direction?
what should i get rid of and what should stay? this deck before - with 2 frost novas instead of shatt sun clerics, arcane missile and ooze instead of 2 lepper gnomes worked ..randomly ...
- when RNGesus was at my side - it worked very well. I can freeze the enemies and then carefully pin him down till he gets rid of minions or he disappears amidst flames of pyroball. though it comes more tricky when fighting control decks which does not really rush everything into me but carefully burn me out and then.. well, then the fail happens.
what this deck missess is more minions - like the argent dawn's, shattered sun cleric and azure drakes... but.. yeah well - you - the experienced folks - please, help me fix this deckie! :-)
