So like a lot of people I've been watching streamers play (a ton!) and when they play arena they make it seem so easy. I just had my first attempts at arena recently and it is tough!
Shaman 6-3 (doomhammer OP)
Priest 4-3 (sick deck w/ 3MC, 2 shadowform, shadow madness etc)
Priest 2-3 (decent deck too, i suck)
So I picked Shaman because it seemed to be easiest to play/learn then Priest because it was supposed to be OP. I realize a lot of this game is knowing how to play each class and how to play against each class. I'm super comfy in constructed ranked with my noob mage deck (lost only 2x in 15 to 20+ battles).
Is there a place where I can read up on the strengths and weaknesses/strategy of each class for playing it and playing against it? Thanks!
PS I love the arena practice and deck builder functions =)
then.. Shaman 9-1 !
Guess playing and practice is the key to getting better
I did absolutely awful my first Shaman arena experience. It didn't help
that it was my first time playing a Shaman ever, so I guess that was a mistake on my part. I've yet to even exceed two wins on the three attempts I've played in the Arena. *le sad face*
Practice.. I'm still inconsistent i'm usually around the 5 wins mark. I finished 8 wins with Mage then 3 wins with Paladin. As time goes and doing basic things becomes second nature I'm sure we'll get better.
Found this gdocs from one of the forums and I've been using it to track wins/losses/rewards, pretty useful tool to know your strengths and weaknesses.
