Error 202 after possible phishing site message

Hi there, apologies if this has been answered but I didn't see it anywhere.
On May 13th I upgraded my account to the digital version as my toon had reached lvl 82. After this I received an in game chat message asking me to accept a friends email, the heading was 'Blizzard GM Real ID', underneath it said ' GM Hi please visit Removed.sure that you are the original owner of the account. Or the system will suspend your account'
Underneath that was the opinion to accept or decline.
I did nothing, because of 1) the .tk address, I looked it up and it was mentioned many times as being a small island and the address as being used in phishing scams, 2) the poor grammar and missing words, 3) I closed everything and had my antivirus software check the address and it said the site was a phishing one and not to visit it.
I did a full scan etc and the pc was clean.
Today, around 3 minutes after I stopped playing, I had an email saying I had requested a p/w change (I had not but I was out and didn't see the mail) The first I knew was me trying to log on and getting the error #202, my account is banned. I'd had another email saying Blizzard had changed my password to protect the account as they believed I was hacked. Immediately after that was another saying I was banned for spamming the chat channel (I talk to two people, one less than once a week and the other 3/4 times a week) it also stated they had changed my p/w. I went to the page suggested and filled out an 'account recover form' did everything they said and then tried to go into the account to check if I still had everything, as instructed. I couldn't log in, same reason.i tried to open a ticket which send me back to the form, same result.
I tried to open a ticket but unless you can choose from their options you can't open a ticket. In the end I choose a technical problem so I could open the ticket and explained why.
Sorry this is long but I just spent £39.99 upgrading and didn't even get the chance to use MoP, and lost my lvl 82 with bought mounts and pets :( sorry it's so long but it's all the info.
I'm a newbie and really worrying about my money and missing my game!
You should get a Battlenet Authenticator ASAP. and change your password (but i think that goes without saying) You can download a free app for iphone or Android. or one can be purchased for $6.50 from the Blizz store. Cheep protection. Good luck with Blizz I think they will get you straightened out.
Hi there, thanks I will try that, I changed my p/w as part of the account recovery form. I guess I'm worried if they uphold this I won't even get a refund for Mists of Pandaria even though I never went there and can't!
Ive known several people that have been victims, but after explaining their case Blizz has 100% of the time (in my case) restored the account and all the stuff that was with that acct ususaly in 24 hours. dont give up, and get that autenticator.. another bit of advice, If you get wispered in game by someone saying your acct will be banned unless you go to this site or telling you that you won somthing, right click their name and report them. do not do what they say, this happened to me alot when I was new.
I have the SMS authenticator now, I don't want to spend more money on the keyfob one until/unless I get my account back.
What happens next after doing an account recovery form, any of the mods know?

Woot, it's been released. The ticket reply says they believe the account was hacked and may have a key logger or virus on my pc. Time for a big malware check and then, hopefully, I should have my email to change my password.

Glad to see this got worked out! I also want to recommend for all players who use the mobile authenticator, that you record the serial number and the restore codes. Sometimes what can happen is that if the phone gets an update, it will also reset the authenticator app which locks you out. If you do ever get locked out, just let us know - we offer

To find the serial and restore codes, get to the Menu of the app > setup > Continue (the serial and the restore codes should then be on that page.
