Hi !
First post on this massively helpful site..
My main has tailoring/enchanting maxed out..
I'm currently levelling a lvl 30 rogue, and i know it's a bit early, but i'd like to craft some pvp gear for him..
What would be the some of the best lvl (not iLvl) 30-50 gear/sets to craft ?

I don't think there are actually any PvP sets until 60 or 70, so you can craft anything that gives you agility (and stamina) since PvE and PvP gear are pretty much the same until higher level.

Anything that gives you better stats. Until level 70, there's no such thing as 'PvP gear,' as there is no resilience on anything until that point. Just stack as much Agility and Stamina as you can and you should do just fine! :)

other than the PvP heirlooms its just whatever has better stats

These
are the items that meet your criteria, noobcamper, but don't get too excited about the engineering helms. Although they have not level requirement I don't believe you can train the profession high enough until your 55.
