Hey, will this configuration:
Intel Core i3-3110M (2 cores, 2.40 GHz, 3 MB cache)
4 GB (SO-DIMM DDR3, 1600 MHz)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 645M + Intel HD Graphics 4000
be enough to run WoW @ at least medium settings in raids?
Mentioned laptop is Lenovo z500 which I can get cheap.
It also comes with Windows 8.
Graphic card scores 1987 in 3DMark11 and 7100 in 3DMark Vantage.
My i3-2310M with intel graphics 3000 can run medium settings in raids (10 man) at 1366x768, the thing you linked should be able to do it no problem.
My laptop is a Lenovo G570 - and two out of the three screws holding the each screen hinge broke. I've had experience with many of the T series Thinkpads, and they're tough, but mine isn't. If you take your laptop with you to school/work, and may be a little rough with it, I'd consider something a little more solid. Having said that I opened it up and drilled new holes, and screwed the hinges down again, so it's good now, but I don't think anyone buys a laptop expecting that to happen.
EDIT: Dear Lord that second paragraph is an abomination. Sorry.
