As Diablo has just been annoced as PS3 and PS4 game, I'm wondering will there be any WoW PS game?

WoW's an MMO, a much different beast than a game like Diablo. Personally I don't see it happening or they would have done it already.

Warcraft 2 was on the Playstation one...so yes, there has been a Warcraft game on the consoles.

I really hope not. The number of buttons and bindings you need to play this game would make it hard to really work with it on a controller. In order to port the game, I imagine they'd have to dumb down the controls significantly, and I think that would be disappointing.
Diablo, if I remember correctly, required a maximum of like 6 buttons, plus movement. I don't have a single high-level toon who isn't strapped for space with 3 full action bars.

I agree with Elhonna, I don't see WoW being even remotely playable on a console due to the huge amount of keys needed to play WoW, and the severe lack thereof on console controllers.

I could LFR / 5-man with the 6-8 buttons that exist on a PS3 remote.
Playstations also have optional keyboards.
Do they have a mouse? Because if not then the person would need to be using both the keyboard AND the controller at the same time for movement and to select targets.
Also, I can't imagine that they'd do well selling WoW on a console under the idea that the people buying it could get through the easy stuff. I doubt their marketing would tell customers that having a PS version would limit their access to end-game content, and I can't imagine the backlash they'd have to deal with if people found this out after purchase.

Rather than that, I'd hate to group up with someone using a controller.
I don't want to carry someone who can't use 90% of his/hers available skills.
EDIT: Trouble with 3 full action bars? I have all 4 action bars filled up, and that's after consolidating some of my skills into macros, and removing anything that isn't combat related (HS, professions, ect.). That, or Hunters are just horrible in terms of the sheer amount of skills they have.

I'm a hunter too, and I generally get by with the three using macros and such, and removing all of the pets/mounts/etc from my bars when I am raiding. It's tight, though. Different specs might have different challenges in terms of button conservation.
But I do agree that I would NOT want to have to worry about players who only could use 6-8 moves at any given time, and were unable to hook up vent, unable to get DBM, etc.

Much different? MUCH different? How so? Diablo is online ONLY, it's considered a MMO, don't see any difference there.
Blizzard makes BOTH games, D3 is host based, meaning character is NOT local to your storage, so you can't hack it..
I don't think you are making a valid argument here, sorry..
D3 and WoW are the same to me, I see no DIFFERENCE other than game play (which is still marginally different) and content.
Yeah...except you know,
in the article
where they do say there is going to be a:Players will be able to wage war against the Burning Hells on their own in single-player games as well as team up and destroy countless demons with their fellow Nephalem in multiplayer games. For multiplayer, players will have the option to choose between four-player online (complete with matchmaking) and four-player local co-op modes for their couch-based warfare. So it can be played off-line, which is never going to be an option for WoW.

I also highly doubt WoW will ever come to console. There are just too many hurdles. The biggest have already been mentioned (i.e keyboard, addons, vent/mumble/teamspeak). I also just don't really think it's all that necessary.
It's not nearly as difficult as you make it seem, stop creating speed bumps that don't exist. It's a great idea, and that's ALL we are doing is creating INTEREST!
Good job being a party pooper!
The "speed bumps" are indeed real, they
do
exist and people MERELY pointing them out are not being "party poopers", they're pointing out issues with the IDEA which is perfectly justified.(##RESPBREAK##)12##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

Setting all previous reasons of why this wouldn't work aside, I simply can't see Blizzard ever porting WoW to consoles as it's far more work and trouble than it's worth.
A future MMO being made for computers and consoles might possibly work, but seeing WoW on a console is a dream you should probably let go of.

I agree with CDT. There have been a few MMOs that worked on consoles and PCs - when I played FFXI I was not only playing along with people on PS2s but also on the same servers as Japanese players with whom we shared a very basic translation system - but we are yet to see the MMO that really cracks the console market.
WoW is really too old to pull a big section of the console crowd in, especially because, after getting them to try it, it's then got a lot of work to do to sell them on a very different playstyle to all other console games. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Blizzard
are
the ones that do get MMOs onto consoles in a big way but it will likely be Titan and not WoW that drives the wedge in.

I'd find it hilarious if they ported it as-is and console players couldn't bind even half their action bars and had to move a cursor with the movement keys to click on everything. Payback for all the terrible console ports PC gamers see! I'm a terrible person.
I find it a little hard to grasp why you'd even want WoW on a console, but then again I've seen threads on pretty much all gaming forums I read where people come up with the idea that x game they like that's even remotely relevant to that specific board should suddenly be ported to PS4 no matter how far-fetched it'd be. A rather peculiar form of hype.

DiabloIII was designed with a port to consoles in mind, WoW was not. Anyway I'm not sure I'd care either way, I won't ever buy a console, I just don't see the point. That said the chance to play cross-platform and show console players what real gamers can do would be so worth it :D.
