/i Hello, I'm Nevar and today i will assist you through this dungeon.
Back when I was playing during Wrath, there was an addon that included more commands than just %t and %f.
It included ones like %l %h %m %c %p etc, location health mana class player and heaps more.
Sadly I've forgotten what that addon is, or if it still exists.
edit; its your lucky day, i found it after 13 pages of addons on the curse website.http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/project-3979

r - Race
rb - Race (blank if no race)
gu - Guild

h - Health (XX/XX)
hp - Health percentage (XX%)
ma - Mana - Not just 'm' because it conflicts with mouseover

mp - Mana percentage
mpb - Mana percentage (blank if no mana)
ic - Raid icon
icb - Raid icon (blank if no icon)
