Just curious, does innervate swapping still work? What I mean is when two resto druids (for example) have glyph of innervate and they innervate each other do they get 30% mana instead of 20%? I remember it used to be that the druid doing the casting of innervate would get 20% mana (instead of 10%) and then receive the additional 10% from the other druid. Does this still work?
I dont see why it wouldnt.
But as far as I know, there seems to be better glyphs to use than the innervate glyph.
Some glyphs may even have better healing output and mana preservation than using the 10% extra from the innervate.
If you're specked Balance, then under Mists of Pandaria (5.x) mechanics you're better off attaining eclipse more often. There are better options, such as among your talent choices, than wasting a glyph slot. If you're hitting eclipse often enough, you will (almost) never run out of mana even without ever casting Innervate on yourself. Save your Innervates for the healers and your glyphs for boosting dps or survival, depending whether you're in pve or pvp.
