Monsters reset close to death?

I've run into a problem that baffles me to no end. I have absolutely no idea what's causing this, other than the fact that the monster I'm against reaches low HP. I've searched around, but found absolutely nothing, so I'm going to try it here.
I'm running my Death Knight through Dread Wastes, and got the first quests for the Klaxxi. I have to get Amber Blades and such, and everythings going somewhat well, but because I have to fight 4-5 other people in the same zone, all a different faction than myself, I tried heading further down the road. There were more Bladesworns who drop the blades, so I gathered up 3-4 of them, and started beating on them.
But whenever one of them hits 30% hp, they run.
. I'm standing in the middle of the road, and I'm standing still. Nothing should cause this. One of them turns around for a brief second, gets full HP, and then resumes beating on me.
I've tried fighting them a grand total of 32 minutes without stopping, trying to burst them down, timing it with the Angel of Death buff, and managed to get 1 killed - So I CAN kill them, but it's extremely difficult.
Has anyone else tried this, or does anyone have even the slighest idea what could be causing this?
Still angry at the whole "evade" system Blizzard implemented. It's required, but it has caused far too many issues for me lately. Accidentially jumping onto a table?

I also noticed this problem last night on my Paladin. After many failed attempts at trying to kill them only to have them reset, I just kept moving further away until I would be out of range when they reset. However, the ones that I was having trouble with were the clutch-keepers on the side of the road. I finally just moved over to where the Paragon was and started killing those and thankfully they didn't reset.
Video "proof", though it appears that I was far more lucky than I was last time.
Things just randomly decides to leave, for no reason at all.
That's just incredibly annoying.
I HAVE completed the quest by now, by almost stealing mobs away from others through Icy Touch. There's extremely crowded there right now, so I was kind of forced away from the good spots that doesn't seem to bug out.
Sadly that just falls under the 'known issues' that Blizzard is working on; happens in a few different locations in Pandaria, as I've had it happen in Kun-Lai, the Forest and the Wilds.

I'm not too surprised about the Evade system causing issues. That's nothing new, and has been around since... well, since it was introduced. I am, however, surprised by the sheer amount of bugs and glitches I've encountered throughout Pandaria so far. Escort quests being bugged and/or horribly tuned (And this seems to be almost baseline throughout all the quest, especially when leveling as a group), and general oddities in quests that requires re-doing entire quests to complete them. Not because I expect a completely bugfree game... but because this expansion have been out for quite a while. Bugs like this should have been fixed months ago.

Mainly because they set questing to where it can be done solo....none of the quests NEED groups anymore.
As ever, please don't hesitate to let us know when you run into issue like this. The best and most effective way to get issues into the hands of our Quality Assurance team (in the case of recurring evasions and the like) is to immediately send in an in-game ticket ('submit bug' option) so that the timestamp and location is known to us. 'Reporting a Bug' provides the details directly to the team who investigates such issues and helps us to get these taken care of as soon as possible.
