Resync/upload not working

Hi, I've been trying to resync my chararacter for almost a week now, but everytime I go on, i get a message along the lines of "An Armory resync has been requested.
Position in queue: 9,444 – Estimated time: 1 hr 27 min". Sometimes it will say 9 hours, sometimes 50 minutes, it changes, but I have been in the 9400~ area for the entire time. I try and leave my computer running so it wont interrupt the resync, but I come back to it to see "Armory resync failed. try resyncing your character", which just refreshes it bak to position 9400+. I was wondering if there was any way to force resync it.
the other problem is that any new characters I have made aren't showing up on my profile, after multiple uploads of data from the wowhead addon. It still only shows the characters I had when I first came back on.
I only just recently came back to Wow after a year long break, so I dont know if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for your help
The Profiler has essentially been scrapped. The developers are harvesting the remaining most used pieces and creating new tools that should help to facilitate the needs of the community. That means, for the time being, a lot of functionality of the profiler will stop working (or already has) while these changes are implemented.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope that once the new tools are in place they'll be acceptable.
Thanks for the info. I guess after the changes in wow it would need a re-haul.
Can you get it to at-least update from the armory please. While I can wait for other features to be updated, having my characters current gear listed on the profile is imperative to the way I function. It makes it easier for me to see what I have equipped and what upgrades i can manually search for. I don't like having to look in game or pull up another website to see what I have on.
I would also like it to be able to update from armory so I can find upgrades while leveling toons.
