Does anyone think that WoW was funner before MoP? I really don't like the way that Talents and Glyphs were changed. I think that Blizz is trying to dumb it down a bit. Anyone agree?

Nope; MoP is definitely worth.
Thank the Naaru the days of Vanilla are over and will never come back.

i think the talent system is much easier to use and some people are just close minded to change. furthermore i think MoP is awesome, just awesome. I love this game & this expansion. I used to be a diehard console guy but i always hated playing a wargame for a year leveling and prestiging then BAM out comes a new game and all the time put in was a waste! Then i found WOW and i love that expansions are a add on to previous work and not a flipping waste of all my time put in.. Just my 2 sense

Well, since Mists is 50% off right now, I would say it's definitely worth it.

Some of my darkest days in WoW were spent prelaunch MoP the game was so stale it was nearly unbearable. So am 100% behind the release of MoP and what it has contributed to the series. Sure there are things here and there that irk me a little but overall its been overly entertaining.

It is fun. But you will be amazed that Blizzard has managed to make the game even easier to play. Seriously every single class is keyboard faceroll easy now.
I am back I will probably get a couple of months out of it and quit again.

I agree the game had been made way too easy (I was sarcastically saying in another thread how 'yeah, it'd be even easier if you could create portals anywhere that would take you anywhere you wanted - then today I get this quest at Halfhill to plant a portal seed...)
But I digress. I will say holy priest has not become easier in any way. Shadow priest - yes. Holy priest - no. They'd vastly reduced my mana and for a very long time since MoP came out I had had the worst time ever finding spirit gear. That combined with the fact that nowadays everyone wants to race through an instance as fast as possible (doesn't help that on 'challenge mode' instances you are timed on how fast you can do it), you can forget about the archaic concept of a "mana break," ever. If not for mindbender I don't know what I'd do, they'd certainly not made it "easy."

I lost the love in Cata I have to admit, and didn't get MOP at launch which surprised myself, but have to say now having tried it I'm enjoying it.

I am loving MoP its refreshing compared to Cata which i personally hated, there is alot more to do at level cap now than there was in Cata, and the raid finder just adds to it with it being in from the beginning.

"Worth it" is a pretty subjective question.
What MoP is, and really, WoW in general, is a nearly 100% different game now than it was in Vanilla. For many, that is a considered a good thing, for some, they actually do miss those days. (Why I have always argued for the implementation of expansion specific servers).
Honestly, the game has changed so much, its really not comparing apples to apples anymore.
For me, MoP has been a mixed bag of feelings. On one hand, I have enjoyed the new content. I really like some of the new raid encounters, and I enjoyed the 85-90 quests.
I have not liked the new emphasis on daily quests. I don't like repeating the same quests, over and over, and over, and.....to gain the rep needed to obtain gear. Back when I had endless time to play, it may have not been so bad, but now, with only an hour or so on most days, and no time on many days, I feel like I am falling farther and farther behind, simply because I cannot devote 2 hours a day to run dailies.
I understand, but I hate the concept of no flying mounts for leveling alts. I was 100% fine with being grounded the first time through, but it has made leveling alts an overly tedious process. Since the idea was to get us to enjoy the scenery, for me, it has been the exact opposite. I have resorted to nothing but dungeon leveling because of the mechanic.
So, TL:DR....Worth it...IMHO, yes. Good expansion that I believe needs a few tweaks to be great.

Think of the talents just as fluff now. Your main abilities and talents are from you spec and you get them automatically. So, although they are meh, they aren't really what defines how well you perform anymore.
Pandaria is beautiful. The zones are lots of fun. I especially enjoyed the Jade Forest.
The Pandaren starting zone is also tons of fun. I went through it 3 times.
So, yes, MoP is definitely worth it IMHO.
Cheers.
