It's worth noting that downtime depends on fight mechanics, execution, and how you use what you have. DPS will be similarly dependent on the fight and how well you play. I'd basically ask whether or not you want a charge. Warriors have 2, feral can get 1 or 30% movement speed (and have a 2m speed CD), Rogues can get one plus movement speed and a speed CD.
I find Feral to be tricky and little better then ret on movement, though I know they're capable of a lot in the hands of a good player.
Ret pallies get their choice of movement speed buffs in their lvl 15 talent and offer similar dps to a frost DK outside of a specific niche. All require some thought for maximum effect (Pursuit of Justice
is awesome, 25-30% movement speed at any given time, after you start dpsing). If you're not already, give Death's Advance
a try. Otherwise, try UH (comes with 15% movement speed in their presence).
I'll let someone more experienced speak for warriors.

Base purely on passive movement speed I would not take a Warrior. The only passive movement speed increase we get is from boot enchant or meta gem or by being enraged if you use the Glyph of Enraged Speed
Active movement speed Warriors are capable of Charging every 12 seconds via Juggernaut
or Charging twice in a row via Double Time
though each charge of Charge
takes 20 seconds to recoup.
In addition Warriors have Heroic Leap
which can be reduced down to 30 seconds via Glyph Death from Above
Lastly, Warriors have Intervene
which allows you to move to a friendly target quickly.
