Blizzard Banning Me Unfairly, No Where To Turn.

This whole hacking thing has caused a lot of people grief.
My 5+ year old account was banned on sunday,
and they told me I was banned for "hacking", which is absolutely untrue.
I've been documenting my fight to get my account back on a youtube channel.
Today I found out that I was not the only one that was banned on Oct. 5th,
but that many other people were banned for "hacking" as well.
Blizzard needs to know that they are banning loyal long time customers
and community members for something that they didn't do.
That's my youtube channel, I'm trying to get more people involved in this,
I'm hoping to help Blizzard understand that they aren't being fair,
and that we need to be helped they way they would like to be helped,
We deserve it.
I hope everyone affected by this hacker gets their accounts back..
I don't know what to do,
I just got a ticket response that told me they found third party
software on my computer. This is the same thing they told
the other guy who was banned on the same day.
I can not stop crying, I'm destroyed.
This account means so much to me, I can never bring back
the things on that account, and so much content on that account
is no longer even available to get anymore.
I don't know what to do now.
Stay Strong! Contact them again and go as high as you can, get each supervisor's supervisor. Remain calm and polite on the phone, explain everything and put it all on the table, lay everything out each time. Eventually you will reach someone who can help you, or will at least be sympathetic to your story to get you to someone who can. My advise would be to stick to the phone, blues on the forums & in-game won't be of much help.
I wish you the best of luck, if what you're saying is true (I don't doubt you) they should be unbanning you.
