If one were to only use Fist Weapons from 1 - 90...

What class would they pick?

You don't actually get any fist weapons for a while, and can't dual weild until level ten. But WW monks get green-level fist weapons they can buy every ten levels past 20.
The only downside is that, not only are the handwraps normally invisible, but other fist weapons also become invisible while the monk is attacking.
Shamans, Rogue or Monks...but there are very few fist weapons to obtain while leveling, so probably wouldn't be the best idea.
fury warriors also, though they would get less stats by using fist weapons. since most of them are with agi
I would say enhance shaman. You will have a hard time finding fist weapons while leveling, but enhance shaman do a lot of magic damage, so having old weapons isn´t as big of a deal.
Monks fist weapons aren't that great if you are focusing on looks since they become invisible when you use most attacks.
Fury warriors I can't give a 100% answer for. Most weapons won't be great because as said, they usually have agility rather than strength. I also don't know how much difference in effectiveness there is between duel wielding 1 and 2 handed weapons is.
Combat rogues could work as daggers aren't essential for them. Subtlety requires at least 1 dagger to perform backstab. Assassination rogues also require daggers for full effectiveness(I could be wrong there though)
Ench shammys are possibly the best choice if you plan on using fist weapons for the way they look. If you don't mind seeing the fist weapons but do like to punch things then Monks are just as viable for it.
I'd say Enhancement Shaman as well. On top of what was said before, most of the available Fist weapons work right into the Enhancement Shaman's playstyle (or maybe "did") due to such weapons being slow in general.
Enhancement shaman...but all 1H weapons are "normalized". You basically have daggers, which are below 2s swing time, and then all others are 2s or slower. It's purely aesthetic as to which type of weapon you use. Rogues are really the only class that benefits from daggers; all other classes that use 1H weapons are better off with slow weapons.
Used to make a difference 'back in the day' when equipping a particular type of weapon would give you a certain attribute/bonus. For example with rogues using fist weapons they'd get a higher chance to crit, maces gave a chance for a random stun and swords would (I believe) allow a chance for an extra attack to occur. I kinda wish they would bring something like that back because it made things more interesting.
