I think that's a problem on your end, unfortunately. :x I'm on Chrome and the site works totally fine for me.

Yes, clearing the cached version of the page will fix this.
shift+f5 and ctrl+f5 on Windows browsers and alt+cmd+e on Mac Safari.

I'm having this issue on every browser available on my home PC. I'm at work right now and everything is fine here. I've already tried a few things, but when I get home I will make sure I cleared my cache correctly.

I see reports of this on MMO-C often.. I also have problems myself from time to time, the last 2 weeks.
MSIE9 on my PC, Safari on my iPad and Opera Mini on my Phone all give the same problem, and then 5 min later, it can be fine again..
With so many people on different platforms, it must be server-side problem.

Yes, for a few days.... - then its the same @#$% again.
I experience this in IE9 and Chrome 21 and 22 beta.

Is this happening right now?

I experienced this exact thing a couple of hours ago on both my computers, was working again when i tried an hour later though.
Basicaly all the links and menus were gone(sometimes showing), search results were blank, and forums were shown as empty.
On Firefox, but as i can tell, it doesn't seem to matter much.

Are you using Firebug? Do you see any error messages?
Thanks for any information you (or anyone else) can provide. We are trying to replicate this, but it is very hard since it is happening unreliably and at random to various people.

What'd help you guys if we run across the issue, Ashelia? Screenshot of the page, saving the page to a file or anything like that? It's been happening on and off for a while but since as you pointed out it's very random so it'd help knowing in advance what to look for.

Screenshots and Firebug would be amazing--figuring out if any of the CSS files are 0kbs would be helpful :)

Maybe its a hint that we need to change Wowhead's dependancy on Javascript big time. ... As in, not needing Javascript to view actual content and only use Javascript for enchancements to the site's interface.

That is simply not possible. I hate to say never, because I mean sure, it could be possible in a different future that I am not predicting. But this site was built by two young people as their first major project--it was never meant to become this big, but now that it has, it's not going to gracefully take to a rebuild or rewrite. The man hours would dwarf any potential for new features for quite a long time.
Trust us, we've wanted to for years. We even have what Torhead/Guildhead were built on as a cool backend. But the work would be phenomenal and probably not worth it.

Never had Firebug, first time hearing of it too, i got no error messages when i had it, just blank fields where the content was supposed to be.
Most text links and menus were gone, like in the topic creator's pictures, from the front page as well(menus were visible on the login page though), only the user name and feedback buttons remained, and the user name menu wasn't appearing when hovering the mouse over it.
Other than that i was experiencing the issue simultaniously on 2 computers, and it worked on both when i found out it worked on one of them again. While both being Firefox, one is version 3.5(on Windows XP), the other version is 15(on Windows 7).
I haven't had the issue since though, just the normal random issue of pages sometimes not loading now.

I'm getting blank pages when trying to access my character's profile pages - except for adverts :(
Tried three different browsers, and clearing the cache doesn't help
This happens frequently - just can't rely on the site to be working right, but sadly no alternative as you got the dataz and sometimes I need the dataz
This is unrelated, the profiler is actually down and won't be back up until MoP. We tried to look into it, but it requires more time than we can devote with MoP out. Horrible time for it to break.

Gotcha.
Screenshot of bugged page:

Unfortunately Firebug wasn't installed when I ran into it and it requires a page reload to activate which means I lost the bugged page, but I'd saved the page to file before trying and the file loads up bugged in the same way as the page did when I first opened it.
Bugged page file:

Screenshot of above with Firebug console open:

Not my area, some of those problems might be from loading it up from file but I hope it helps.
Edit:
Okay, it broke again when I submitted this post.
Screenshot with Firebug console open:

Then I restarted Firefox and the main page suddenly looks like this:

Disabling Firebug and everything works again. I have no idea what's going on here. #liedown
