As long as you have all your drivers properly installed it should run just fine :)
You're probably going to be limited to low(ish) settings, but it should be playable. It's not going to be stellar based on the benchmarks I can find, but it shouldn't be
If you could go for a better GPU without breaking your budget, I would. Even a better integrated GPU should improve the case by a lot. My Sandy Bridge handles WoW on high just fine, and the Ivy Bridge should totally max WoW. If you can get an i3 or i5, 2xxx or 3xxx generation for near the same price (preferably the latter), your overall performance will be much better.
If you give us your price point, we might be able to help you squeeze the most performance out of it.
