Put all the macros on a bar somewhere.
Type
/framestack
.
Hover over the button with the second macro. Make note of the name of the button.
Add a
/click
command into your first macro.
/s Hi, this is macro 1.
/click Macro2ButtonName

Has explained you can tell a macro to click a button of your action bars.
The /fstack is typed on the chat to open a frame that tells you whatever element your mouse is overing. This is usefull to get the name of the button of the action bar you want (so then u know what to type after /click)
