Many players now say that Mutilate is the way to go, or Sublety should be taken and nothing else.
lol source?
Multiple posts, if you looked at them recently you can't say you didn't see them, I thought maybe I need to put reserved, but I didn't think someone would be stupid enough to reply on an unfinished post even while it says that it's not done yet...
Now could you please remove your post, I need that space to finish...
Oh dear.
You know Combat is still fastest and most people will say this on these forums....right?
The only thing that has changed is that the other two specs are somewhat viable for certain things, like Assassination for questing and Sub for PvP.
Hint: Saying Multiple posts without linking any doesn't help in any way.
Challenge: Find somewhere on this forum that says' Sub and Assassination are better for PvE levelling.'
Also, if race choice doesn't matter much, shouldn't you just let them decide which they want to be?
For example;
don't understand why you would want an orc rogue besides the racials though
Lore reasons? Roleplaying?
Garona Halfenorc is the most famous rogue in WoW lore at the moment, that's enough reason to be an orc.
I know your'e trying to help everyone by writing a guide, and we appreciate the effort, but there are so many things already that really need cleaning up.
WTB Goshad back.

You will get a guide with facts if you don't interrupt and don't take up space, that is just the intro...
Now can you please remove the post?
Thank you
Yeah, sure. Protip: next time reserve posts as soon as you make the original post. Else people may get the impression you're not coming back.

I wasn't offended mate, I'm just saying at the end of the day there are a multitude of reasons why one might pick a certain race for a certain class, and that rating them is irrelevant as the important information you had is already there, which is that they can pick any race they want to be without judgement.
:)
Anything else I'd change .... I'd probably say that under the energy section you mention how much a Combat Rogue regenerates without Blade Flurry and with Blade Flurry.
I think it's 12.5 e/s, you'd need to check up on that though.
The 'About Combat' section, does it have a list of frequently used spells? They seem to be the best guides that do that.
Also don't forget to mention glyphs, and what level you need to swap ones out for each other.
As for general formatting, what would be better is if you got the spell open with a different tab, and instead of copy and pasting the whole of the link, just copy the last digits in the number.
For example; this is Sinister Strike in both formats.
Sinister Strike
is how you're doing it at the moment, which just requires people to click on the link to see what it does sometimes.
The new format however, allows for people to scroll over the link and it pops-up.
The way to do this is to select and copy the last digits in the address at the top.
For Sinister Strike it is 1752.
Then you click on links, which is to the right of the formatting bar, and click on 'Spell'.
Paste the number into that box, and click OK, and that's it.
Sinister Strike
Also, when doing the guide try and make the Headings stand out, using bold text and bigger writing works wonders.
After each sub-section it could be better to also use without the gap, as this will allow you to put a line underneath each section, which separates them better.
Just some pointers you might like to know.

I think that if Goshad didn't have one (or had one, whatever), this would be ok, people would say it was a good guide and all that. I think as far as a quick reference for someone who just wants to level mind you it's a bit heavy. Took me a week to dig into the 'rotations' part and I still almost missed it.
if Goshad didn't have one

Erik rupture isn't included because this is for leveling. Combat doesn't use Rupture while leveling, and neither does Sub usually. Assas does later on thanks to Venemous Wounds but that's it.
In fact, quick question while I'm here, does anyone else think that Assas is the best leveling spec later on? I'm Garotte>Mut to 5 CP then Recup on my first mob, then every other Garotte>Mut>Rupture next mob while it dies on every other after that. I do have imp. Recup now (Level 71) but it's so damn fast paced.
Maybe it's just me!
