So, 4.0.1 is around the corner, while Cataclysm is still a month off - what will you raiding rets will be speccing during this time?
I'm currently looking at
this build
, but can't figure out where to put the last 2 points - would Seals of the Pure, or finishing Judgements of the Pure be a better investment?

At least for me, your link is broken.
This is the build I'm looking at
. I put two points in Hands of Sacrifice, mainly because I needed one to get Zealotry and I didn't know what to do with the other point =P (Feel free to nitpick my spec, I don't care).
E: Forgot link =P

That talent calc seems to be broken at linking builds generally.
These
with Zealotry seem to be the mandatory points as far as raiding goes. I don't take Rebuke here because you might not bother depending on how many other classes with kicks they don't have to spend a talent point on show up to your raid.
I would probably fill out the tree like
this
. Exorcism is a pretty small % of damage done on the beta, as I understand it, so Blazing Light sounds like a fairly minimal DPS increase. Depending on how often you have to emergency heal the tank it's actually probably a smaller increase than Selfless Healer's partial recovery of DPS from spending 3 HoPo on a WoG.

Why does (almost) everyone avoid Selfless Healer? That's one of the more interesting talents in the new tree IMO, hopefully it doesn't end up being something people pick only for PvP.
Something like
this
is what I had in mind myself.

To be fair, it is still, even with 2/2 Selfless Healer, unquestionably a DPS loss to heal a tank. On top of that, Ret utility comes in two forms. That extra healing when needed, yes, but also cooldowns, primarily hand spells. And there's a number of talents in the tree to improve those hand spells, which aren't nearly as much of a DPS loss (only one GCD to cast and a negligible amount of mana) as using HoPo on WoG is. There is a case to be made for the idea of talenting into improving the utility that doesn't cost you DPS to use.

The buff time is very short, I found I'd only have time to use one...MAYBE two spells within the buff duration. Not worth it since it requires 3 holy powers to be actually useful.

This
is the build I would go for. I'm not sure why so many of you keep going for rebuke, I haven't tried the beta myself so I'm not sure if we really need that extra interrupt. As a BE Paladin I have Arcane Torrent along with HoJ and occasionally Repentance. Instead I Put that extra talent into Eternal Glory, that 15% proc will save you 3 holy power for a Templars Verdict. Not a big DPS increase I know, But, with selfless healer, that 3 holy power will count when you only have 10 seconds on your increased 4% damage buff. Feel free to flame my talent and to tell me why I shouldn't do what I did.

I may as well throw
my spec
in the ring. Use it with this macro:
#showtooltip Zealotry
/cast Zealotry
/cast Avenging Wrath
/cast Word of Glory
That's how Selfless Healer becomes worth taking.
Edit: Yes, this is Cata, not 4.0.1. Drop 5 points wherever you see fit.

That's very interesting.
I suppose 12% damage may end up being better than an extra TV.

Granted, I could be wrong, but until I see the math proving it (someone out there will do it I'm sure) I'm going to keep using this.

Can you try it a couple times on a Training Dummy and post the results?

I should be able to later tonight, not sure when exactly though.

we have any idea what the stat ratings should be?
right now im thinking Crit>Haste>Mastery
I was thinking the opposite, Mastery>Haste>Crit, or at least enough Haste until you have CS down to 3.0 seconds (which would be a fair amount of haste). Mastery seems way too valuable to pass up for crit. Being able to use more TVs seems more valuable to me.
Edit1: Ok, after your edit I went and read EJ and yes, that makes sense. Haste>Crit>TheSuck it is, tentatively anyhow.
Edit2: Seriously, Mastery is worse than Hit to the spell cap? I understand why it wouldn't be so good, but if it turns out to be that bad...Blizz has got to do something about it.

Mastery .22
Hit .09 (to spellhit cap)
Though Holy Hands will probably end up being nicer if there are more empty GCDs
