BM/Mongoose/Berserking question

Alright, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on how the three most popular feral enchants work and why one is better than another in different situations. Here's what I (think I) know:
All but the highest geared feral DPS will want to have either Berserking or Mongoose. In general, they are relatively near each other in DPS gain. But since the haste portion of Mongoose was changed to a flat amount (+30 haste?) instead of a proportional increase (+2%), it is less attractive than it once was.
I would guess than Mongoose becomes most attractive to those druids who are where I am in gearing. I am gemming for the ArP hard cap: presently around 1250-1300 static ArP. Because I'm gemming for so much ArP and no Agility, my crit rating is rather low. So having 120 Agility (plus some haste) in that situation is attractive. Berserking offers a proc of 400 attack power, which is also attractive.
Black Magic comes to the fore as a good enchant for those very well geared druids b/c, once you soft-cap Crit at 77.8%, having an Agility proc like Mongoose's is much less useful. Haste and Strength/AP are the most useful stats to stack...
Now, what I don't understand is how Black Magic could BECOME better than Berserking at some point. Is there some cap on Attack Power that I don't know about? Does Attack power suffer diminishing returns? Does Haste scale differently than attack power?

Well, I still don't understand why BM might be better than Berserking at higher levels, but Berserking is better than BM at lower levels. Or is Berserking ever better than BM? It not like attack power is a stat that gets capped, like Agil, Crit, Hit or expertise... Haste makes you hit more, AP makes you hit harder. I understand that. But I'm just curious about the reason why these two enchants might switch places in the "this is better than that" category.

So wait, my can't-seem-to-kick-it habit of hitting FFF on every GCD where I'm not doing anything else is actually
useful
now?
:)

Attack Power is just Lack Luster on Feral due to the way they work having more AP for less value.
Honestly I know its not mentioned but Executioner is an AMAZING enchant to use specially when your up their in ArP and the proc does not quite go over cap with it. That enchant easily beats out any other until it passes the ArP cap when procced.
