You need it on the offhand for fast applies, eg at the start or when it falls off.
Why would you gimp its apply chance?
The only way that deadly would be applied to your MH and wound to your OH, is when you have slow/slow.
Ps i think you're forgetting that a faster offhand applies a lot more than a slower main hand. Oh and wound is ppm.
Here's an extract:
The chance of applying wound poison is higher per strike with slow weapons (just like Instant Poison, but unlike Deadly Poison which has a set 30% chance to be applied per strike)

I will bring in a few minor updates, but if there is something you think that should be mentioned, feel free to post it here.
Also ive toyed with the idea of making my own (raw) arena movies, but currently im still playing in my season comp.
Edit:
Added preparation to the abilities list (seems like i forgot this).
Also added poisons to the abilities list.
And a few overall updates.

Im confused as to what some macros do, more specifically the blind macro you have confuses me, what does it do and what are the extra things in it? kinda new to mut spec and pvp in general:P

You forget to add that in PvP, you need a 5% hit rating so your specials don't miss (5% ~ 164 hit rating). That's untalented of course. 7% to go through talents such as Heigtened Senses. Rogues need A LOT more macros then you posted. Focus kick/blind/sap are essential along with a macro for each arena unit. I don't understand why most people don't use gouge. It's an extra interrupt when your kick is on CD. Focus gouge is always ftw. Rogues in PvP, and especially in arenas, aren't there for the damage (although we do lolfaceroll clothies), we are there more for control. In 2s, especially with a disc priest, you need to time your CCs correctly for optimal faceroll. Remember to always reset fights when it is necessary. Also another tip is blind>vanish>(focus)sap when blind is about to go off. Blind and Sap don't share DR ;).

You need atleast 5% hit and preferable something around 8% (to counter miss talents), you should acquire this mostly from pve gear.
But there is nothing wrong with using the pvp hit stuff when first starting out (or you'll be low on resilience).

Like i said, updates are on the way.
I am doubting to either give a full list of macros or a basic look on it that people can understand to macro other abilities that way too.
Currently, i prefer the latter.

High energy cost, combo point reset.

True, but gouge is far from needed to decide the outcome of a match.

Uhu.
Remember to always reset fights when it is necessary.
Its in there.

Hmm and uhu.

so im doing a 2's team with a holy pally, and im following this page and what ihear from other people pretty well but we still lose(holy pally isnt even furious geared though) i wanted to know if some other class combo would be better, involving either a pally shaman druid or warrior to team with me and if there is some tactics we should follow
also i still dont get the modifier thing for that blind macro

Rogue/Holy Pally is okay, but i prefer Rogue/Ret myself.
Here's an extract about Rogue/Holy Pally:
One key to playing successfully is knowing when to call for Hand of Freedom or Protection. While we have many ways to avoid damage, it's often "cheaper" to have the Paladin help you out instead of spending too many cooldowns to get away. Bleeds are a perfect example. Calling out for HoP when another Rogue has Garroted or Ruptured you will clear the DoT and give you time to recover. Also, call out to your partner before you unload a burst into your target: a Holy Shock / Judgement / Hammer of Wrath combo can drop a target from 30% to 0% in just a couple Global Cooldowns.
The key to playing Holy Paladin / Rogue is to let the Paladin handle himself in most situations. They're a very powerful and resilient class to kill, nearly impossible for many DPS. If your Paladin is in trouble and needs help, they should be calling to you for assistance. This allows you to focus on the kill target instead of worrying about your healer's HP pool. The Paladin assists his DPS, not the other way around. If you are both playing defensively, your lack of offensive pressure can allow the opposing side to drink or bandage.
but we still lose(
holy pally isnt even furious geared though
)
Thats your problem right there.
A healer that doesnt have (prolly) atleast 1k resilience is doomed to die.
i wanted to know if some other class combo would be better, involving either a pally shaman druid or warrior to team with me
You got Holly Pally and Ret as paladin.
Rogue/Resto Shaman is great too, ive played this awhile myself.
Resto or Feral is possible as druid, but i see more Ferals.
And i know none really good ones with a warrior.
My advice would be to play with the Resto Shaman, or atleast untill your pally friend has better gear and then switch to Holy Pally or Ret.
However my biggest advice would be to get a Disc Priest, Shadow Priest or Frost Mage.
and if there is some tactics we should follow
Visit the comp section.
also i still dont get the modifier thing for that blind macro
#showtooltip
/cast blind
/cast blind
/stopmacro
If you have no modifier, it will cast blind on your target.
If you have alt pressed in, then it will cast blind on your focus target.
Modifiers are alt, ctrl and shift.

If you are leveling with questing, then no.
Mobs will hardly live long enough for it to become useful.
If you are levevling with bgs, then yes.
Feel the power of those high envenom crits on plate ^^

why is
Deaden Nerves
not wanted?
I didnt see it under the spec when you explained why not to take it.

It still sucks compared to other talents in the assassination tree. It´s not worth it.
Edit;
However you can take it by dropping 1 point out of
Improved Poisons
and 2 points out of
Lethality
.
It might be handy in 2s with a healer in which you get focused a lot.
