[Updated, New bug] Bold tags showing when hitting 'Enter' to confirm post.

Changed title to address the current bug:Everything is back to normal except one thing. Usually, I type my post, hit tab twice to type in the captcha, then hit Enter to submit.
Now when I hit enter, it puts a bold tag at the end of my post.

Hey again.
First off, the edit function won't work for me. When I attempted to edit a post, it looks as if it worked. But after refreshing the page, the edit is gone and it returns to the original post.
Second, the little 'globe' button doesn't seem to be working for me either. After clicking on it, typing in a URL, and clicking 'okay,' I get the message:Your message must not be empty.
But it works fine when I simply type it out the manually.
