Parry haste in ICC and expertise

The vast majority of bosses in ICC do not parry haste. The exceptions are Deathwhisper (who cares?) and Sindragosa.

So there are few pieces of ICC gear that have expertise on it and I have consequently dropped below the soft expertise cap.
Is anyone else concerned by this and consequently gemming for it? I understand from wowwiki that it impacts paladins the least and dropping below the soft cap will only impact some of my attacks (being dodged), but I am not tremendously worried by my threat generation.
So my current concern is parry hasting. I have read somewhere that blizz didnt give icc bosses parry hasting - can anyone confirm?
I feel it is important to mention that WoWwiki is out of date by at least 2 years by now.

Only gem for expertise if you are having trouble with threat and are below the 26 soft cap.
Remember you get 10 from the glyph and 6 from talents, so you don't need a lot to hit 26.
26 is when they stop dodging your attacks. 50something is when they stop parrying. Gemming for it when you are below 26 is OK because you are helping both dodge and parry. Gemming for it above 26 is NOT OK because you are only helping parry. Either way, if you don't have trouble with threat, don't gem for it regardless of where you are at.
