Righteousness IIRC. Command is alright in BG when you have stacks of people, but often Vengeance won't have time to stack tof ive stacks where it is really the most beneficial.

Even in arena when you've got two or three people clumped together Righteousness is still better than SoComm. Lots of damage to one target > not so much damage on three in PvP.

Now I know the numbers look substantially higher, but let's keep in mind that
Seal of Command
can proc on every single Crusader Strike,
Divine Storm
, and auto-attacks....So do you think that if it crit at a pretty stable rate that it would be able to pass up Righteousness' solid-steady dmg output?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it only procced on "attacks or abilities that strike a single target".

Say what you want, but if you want a chance to kill an opposing holy paladin, SoV is the only choice.
(if you are the only damage dealer, thats it)

Osc, look at the difference in judgement damage. SoC deals very little compared to SoR and SoR also deals seal damage on top of that. The cleave effect also only kicks in on CS and Melee, and frankly and deals roughly the same amount of damage (for my gear) as SoR.

Seal of command!
It's surprising how many people STILL think SoC only has a chance to proc now. It's been different for ages now, yet I see a lot of pallys in pvp and pve who dont spec it.
SoC does 3 times as much dmg as SoR, does higher judgement dmg and hits 3 targets instead of 1, Why would you even consider that SoR is better. Vengeance/Corruption would only be better if you were fighting a 1v1 battle and only starts to do more dps once you get the 5 stacks up (which almost never happens in bgs, and arenas). Use SoC always and only ever switch if its become a 1v1 fight in an arena against a prot warrior or druid or something hard to kill.
Because it does roughly the same amount of damage, does more judge damage, and you have
this baby
.
15% is a LOT.

Consider that your time-on-target in PvP won't be 100%. So you're unlikely to get all the melee, CS and DS swing procs that you'd like from SoC. However, you are likely to get your Judgement hits in.

When I goof around in Prot PvP, I tend to use SoC by virtue of the number of people trying to take me down. I consider myself a distraction, not a nuker, so I'm not as concerned about burning down a single target as much as making enemy players not focus. Also, having the damage spread around could potentially put a little bit more stress on any healers, though negligible.
