Ok, when in arena, you can use trinkets, armor special abitlites, bandages, and conjured items. You can't use potions, and you can't eat or drink unless conjured.
My question. If I don't have a mage or lock, what do I need to hunt down so I can get drinks and food to use in the arena? Can you cook food in the arena and use that? I know you can't make potions and use them, which is lame IMO. Do you have to have a refreshment hat or what? And where can I find it? I hate it when we almost slay a mage, and he runs behind a pillar to drink and eat. Have to chase him around while getting dps'd by the melee, and in 2v2, that sucks! I also ran into a resto druid that would run around a pillar to drink also, and he didn't have a mage in group.
The only item I know with a relatively short cooldown that can conjure food or drink is the
Staff of Conjuring
, of course the food this creates is practically worthless at level 70. Your best bet is to find a mage who will create a refreshment table for you, it only costs them 20s to make it but I'm sure most would appreciate a tip.
Your looking for
which is pvp water for arena's you can buy for a little honor and a little money, only water available though.
i am not sure if the hat from a quest in hellfire pen, conjures booze or food...there is also the trinket from sporegore quests but i think that the CD is too long to use in arena's. maybe you should just invite me to your team =p
star's tears, bought hordeside in the hall of legends, costs a couple silver and a couple honor, buy at least 20 at all times, its basically magewater but it doesnt disappear
Cool, thanks for the posts. I tried a couple things, and could never find which worked in arena. I almost forgot about his thread... lol
