Will Slow work on raid bosses, such as Shade of Aran, to give him a longer cast time? I'm thinking the longer cast time will give us (1) more time to dps him before polymorph and (2) more time to identify that it's so-n-so's turn to interrupt his cast. Unfortunately, I didn't remember to try it in last night's raid.

I don't believe that you can slow or hinder any main bosses with frost nova, slow, or slowing effects from frost spells/armor. I also don't think you can Counterspell them either. I may be wrong on the CS though.

The things is, Slow only affect
ranged
attack speed and not melee, which most boss are.
So even if Slow did work, I doubt it would be usefull. Unless you're fighting again't caster bosses.
You know, one way to buff Slow would be to have it affect Melee attack as well. :)
