i have just learned to use the Seal of Command and I have a question for you:
I noticed SoC never procs on Judgements; i remeber in the 3.2 patch notes there were written that the Judgement is now always considered a melee attack, so, why SoC doesn't proc on judgements?

When they say considered a melee attack, they mean that it's not a spell. It uses your melee hit rating, and it can be dodged/parried, but it's not an actual melee attack that the seal can proc from.

yes my question is even about this: if SoC doesn't procs....why SoR does?
I know there was a bug of SoR proccing two times on judgements but now the bug is solved it procs one time as well...explain me^^

Yet they keep SoR able to proc on judgments, and it has twice as much burst potential in combo since they nerfed JoC. Silly, no?

It's technically a bug, but blizz may be ok with it for now.

SoR proccing twice on judgments is a bug, but because our dps is already pretty low, blizz does not plan on fixing it right now.
SoC not proccing on judgments is intended b/c blizz wanted it to be our PvP seal and wanted to limit the burst potential.

The ? Was @ you acting like you know what Blizzard Entertainment is thinking. Why are you making such big claims?
