How do I kget back to the Frozen Flame quest if I die?

I died fighting the last MOP and can not find a way back to finish the quest. I tried Dalaran crater but no portal. I flew to Ice Crown Citadel, but it is a different map. I am sure I am missing something obvious, but I am stuck and would appreciate any help.

I did a search for "frozen flame" on Wowhead and got zero hits for a quest. What is the actual quest name you are trying to finish?

Here's the quest page. I think it doesn't show up in searches as wowhead has it incorrectly flagged as "no longer available".

If there's no portal at the crater then I don't know what to do.
