This meta is quite tricky, if for no other reason than it involves RNG and you can occasionally spend 6-12 minutes on an attempt and come out unsuccessful through no fault of your own, which is quite frustrating. Interestingly, depending when you're doing the achievements, this one might be much easier on Heroic than Normal, which I'll explain later.

A few initial notes:
- Smaller group sizes make things FAR easier. We had 30 people and did 3 kills with 11, 12 and 13 people respectively (tanks and some healers double or triple dipped kills to avoid offspec people). We 3 healed each group as mana tends to run low when the pulls take 10-12 minutes.
- Classes with taunts make the achieve slightly easier so if you're splitting your group into multiple kills try to evenly split your Druids, Monks, Demon Hunters, Warriors, Paladins and Death Knights.
- The enrage time is a real factor with how long we were having to wait for RNG some pulls, so take your time but also be conscientious of it. They enrage at 12 minutes and you will not survive more than a few seconds when they do.
- If your group meets the criteria and then someone dies after Blooming (read below) all living players will get the achieve, but the dead person will not. Blizzard released a hotfix for this, but we did it about an hour after that hotfix supposedly went live and had someone not get the achieve who died.

Start by having everyone in the raid pick up the Wilting Sanguine Roses found here AFTER clearing trash and only once you're ready to pull the boss. Picking them up will give you a buff which despite not having a timer only lasts for 10 minutes. Dying with this buff will cause you to lose it, and since the roses are outside of the room, will cause a group wipe. Once everyone has the Wilted Roses, you can get to boss room and pull.

In order to turn your Wilted Roses into Blooming Roses, you need to get the bleed effect from either Wicked Blade or Serrated Blade, both from General Kaal. While actively bleeding from either of these effects, your roses will gain 1 stack every 1.5 seconds. After 60 stacks (90 seconds) your roses will Bloom, and all you have to do now is live until the end of the fight and wait for everyone else to be bled.

The not-so-fun part of the achievement is that Wicked Blade targets are random. We had pulls where people went 15+ casts of Wicked Blade without being picked. We countered this where possible by having classes with taunts take Kaal before a Serrated Blade to stack their bleeds that way, but all Mages, Locks, Priests, Rogues, Shamans and Hunters are at the mercy of favourable RNG.

To add another layer of RNG, the target for Crystallize is random. This mechanic is a 2-parter. The initial circle is cast on a random non-tank and when it expires anyone in the circle has all bleeds removed and is stunned for a few seconds. Then a meteor is called down on the Crystallize target and does split damage. If you are bleeding and are still stacking up your 60 stacks to bloom your roses, don't soak the first part but DO soak the meteor to help split the damage. If you're stacking up your bloom stack and get picked as the target for Crystallize there's nothing you can do, and you'll need another bleed.

If you're stacking up your bloom stacks and clear your bleed for whatever reason you keep your bloom stacks and don't have to start re-stacking it from 1, so that's nice at least. Once your roses have bloomed your buff will be replaced by Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses and you can freely clear your bleeds for the rest of the fight.

Kaal will do Wicked Blade in all phases but we found her phase easiest to AFK in so we pushed her to 65% and then waited until about 4-5 minutes into the pull. Anyone who didn't have a taunt and hadn't been bled by then we basically prayed would get bled later. Worked sometimes and didn't other times, but it's all RNG.

So that's pretty much it. Pray for good bleed RNG and don't let people die.

As I mentioned at the start I think in better gear it would be favourable to do this one in Heroic, as Wicked Blade cleaves in Heroic to anyone it passes through, so you can force bleeds on anyone you want any time, making it significantly easier.

One of our players made this Weakaura to track who still needs to Bloom their roses, as it's not easily evident on most raid frame setups. Big thanks to Doneire-Area52 for making this for us, helped a lot to keep track of who had already Bloomed.

After the nerf on 28/01/2021, this is significantly easier to get.

First you must pick a flower from just outside the boss area. Everyone needs to grab this buff at the same time because there's a hidden 10 minute timer on it.

Phase the fight to the first intermission and have everyone pick up an Anima Orb, this will instantly bloom the Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses into a Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses.

As long as you don't turn in any Anima Orb until everyone has Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses, Intermission will not phase. It's ideal to do this in the first intermission because there are less mechanics going out.

Don't let anyone die until they have Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses.

After everyone has Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses, finish the fight and win!

Feed Me, Seymour! is a tricky achievement for the Stone Legion Generals because it is very glitchy on Normal and relies on RNG. We had several times that players did not get the bleed after being hit by wicked blade.

A small group (10-12 players) will make your life easier until this can be done on Heroic. On heroic anyone the blade travels through will get the bleed effect from Wicked Blade.

First you must pick a flower from just outside the boss area. Everyone needs to grab this buff at the same time because there's a hidden 10 minute timer on it.

Once the fight starts you need to have everyone get hit by either Wicked Blade or Serrated Swipe. Serrated Swipe usually is tanks only, but a DPS/Heals with a taunt can get it by taunting.

Both Serrated Tear and Wicked Laceration can feed the wilted roses. After 60 seconds, the wilted roses become Blooming Roses. Before a bleed and after the buff becomes Blooming Roses, players don't need to worry about Crystalline Burst.

Players should stand in Crystalline Burst to clear their bleed after getting Blooming Roses. Everyone should still soak Pulverizing Meteor.

It's ideal to do the achievement requirements before the first intermission as it's the easiest part of the fight.

Don't die, or you'll have to wipe and try again.

Having both players that are targetted by Wicked Blade stack on top of each other increases their chance to get bleeding by double!

So we were able to cheese the achievement a bit by having me as a DH tank leap away right before the Serrated Tear cast, if I was sufficient distance away she would hit whoever was closest to her, allowed us to greatly reduce the RNG needed to get bleeds out.

this is the stupidest *!@#ing achievement ever. complete RNG - even in small groups our group was failing and then the $%^&ing buff disappears after a certain point despite not having a timer on it.

Taking damage from Serrated Tear and Wicked Laceration no longer trigger Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses to bloom for the Feed Me, Seymour!. Collecting an Anima Orb or a Massive Anima Orb now triggers Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses to bloom

This achievement is really easy to complete since the hotfix on 28/01/2021.

Simply have all players collect the Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses just before pulling the boss. They are located to the right hand side before entering the boss room . Once you have pulled the boss, dps it down to the first intermission, then have all players in the group collect Anima Orb which spawn around the room. This will turn the players Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses into a Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses.

Once all players have their Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses you can kill the boss to get this achievement.

Note:
A further undocumented hotifx was applied 30/03/2021 (https://wow.tools/dbc/hotfixes.php?search=pushid:62966) which makes Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses persist through death. This means that

Dead players at the end of the fight will get the achievement along with the rest of the group
Players who die before the criteria has been met and have Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses will no longer fail the achievement for the whole group
If any player dies before getting Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses this will still count as a fail, and the whole group must wipe and try again
There is a hidden 10 minute timer on both Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses and Bouquet of Blooming Sanguine Roses so players should pick up their Bouquet of Wilted Sanguine Roses just before pulling the boss

It wouldn't be so bad if people couldn't passively dodge the blades. Had a rogue who would dodge them every single time. We ended up having everyone stand there at the start and have people without a taunt pull threat on the boss to get the serrated debuff from the tank ability, then use abilities like feign death or invisibility to drop threat. Then we had other people with taunt abilities taunt later in the fight if necessary if they got bad rng on blades.

Contrary to some comments, dying will not give you the achievement but everyone else will still get it.

Just a heads up, having completed this (again) today with my community.

Now that we're all a 'little' overgeared for this.. we just brought whoever was available. Was only 7 of us, but we did the full run without problem.

Main point though, this achy does NOT require a full group of 10 or more... the 7 we had in group was fine.
I would therefore presume that this achy will work no matter how many people you have in the group, inc being soloable in the future! (which is great :D )

I just wish blizz would do the same thing for a couple of achy's back in MoP... who's only difficulty now is getting 10 people together for it >.<

Can Solo. Pick up flowers from flowerbed on right before boss room. Then pick up anima as you would for boss tactics. Kill. Win
