Expert grants you 225 Skill in Riding, allowing you to ride non-epic flying mounts at 150% speed, and can be trained at level 60. Expert Riding can be trained at the cost of and can be discounted based on reputation from any race's faction trainer to the maximum discounted cost of (at Exalted reputation). For example, training cost with the Orc trainer can be reduced based on the player's Orgrimmar reputation. Players are not required to train Riding at their respective race's trainer, and should try to visit whichever faction's trainer that they have the highest reputation with for a better discount. A flying mount can be purchased from the trainer for and will be consumed upon learning the mount, which will then appear as a usable spell in the 'Mounts' section of the 'Pets' tab, found on the Character pane. At this time, you can only use flying mounts in Outland and Northrend, though Blizzard plans to enable use of flying mounts in Azeroth as well with the next expansion. Class-Specific Information Druids have an exclusive, flying shapeshift form, (Spell #33943), which requires them to know (Spell #33391) (as well as (Spell #33388)). However, Druids do not have to purchase (Spell #34090) training as it will be learned upon training Flight Form from their class trainer for only (before faction discounting, naturally). Therefore, and unlike any other class, Druids will save in learning Expert Riding. Additional Information Note: If you are training any level of Riding skill in Outland or Northrend, please be aware that the Riding Trainers located on these continents use a different reputation discounting system. Trainers located in Thrallmar or Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula will use Orgrimmar or Stormwind reputation to apply discount to training cost. Trainers located in Shadowmoon Village or Wildhammer Stronghold in Shadowmoon Valley, use no faction reputation, therefore training costs cannot be discounted from these trainers. Trainers located in Warsong Hold or Valiance Keep in Borean Tundra, will use Warsong Offensive or Valiance Expedition reputation to apply discount to training cost. Trainers located in Sholazar Basin, The Storm Peaks, and Dalaran use no faction reputation, therefore training costs cannot be discounted from these trainers.
