Its not the Feralas Sentinel on the ledge, if you move further up onto the top section and move onto the bridge, he will spawn in. I kept waiting for the other one to talk , hope this saves some time for others.

thanks, can confirm that you need to be standing on the bridge in order for her to spawn.

The Sentinel will spawn in as soon as you step on the bridge going to Darkcloud Pinnacle. It is the same Feralas Sentinel that starts the Alliance versions of the Grimtotem chain, which starts with this quest.

If you have Haunted Memento in your inventory, the Quest Giver. Will constantly spawn and despawn. Nothing game breaking, but yet another bug from this item.

08/24/2022, the NPC just won't spawn.

I party synch'd in order to get a breadcrum i have missed but the NPC won't spawn, may it be in WM or not, whatever the mount is used...
Dropping and grabbing the quest again doesn't change anything.

Description

We saw to it that the sentinel was healed and re-equipped. I already sent her back into the field.

Head back up and go to Darkcloud Pinnacle. She'll meet you there.
