Archimonde
Hyjal Summit Rage Winterchill Anetheron Kaz'rogal Azgalor Archimonde Archimonde the Defiler was the left hand of the fallen titan, Sargeras. Archimonde was one of the greatest and darkest of the Eredar. His ruthless and cunning personality quickly earned him station and power within the Eredar ranks, until finally he was one of the first among them. He is the fifth and final boss in Hyjal Summit. Abilities (Spell #31970): Every 30 seconds Archimonde will fear the entire raid for 5 seconds. It has a 1 second cast time which means the main tank must be quick to stance dance. (Spell #32014): A random person and anyone within 13 yards from the target is hit for 3000 damage and tossed high into the air. (Item #24494) must be used in order to prevent death. (Spell #31972): Deals 375,000 Shadow damage inflicted over 5 minutes (2500 damage every 2 seconds) to a random player. (Spell #32111): Deals 20,000 shadow damage on a single target. If no players are in melee range, Archimonde will begin casting this. (Spell #35354): Deals 99,999 shadow damage to everyone in the raid and all NPCs in the area. Occurs when he gets too close to the Well of Eternity. Also happens if Archimonde is above 10% total health after 10 minutes. Soul Charge: Once a player dies the entire raid takes a random effect. Inflicts either (Spell #32054) (50% more damage for 8 seconds), (Spell #32057) (4500 Nature damage inflicted over 8 seconds), or (Spell #32053) (silenced) depending on the player class that died. (Spell #31944): Trail of fire on the ground that does 2,250 fire damage per second on first tick and does less with every following tick. Fire resistance does not affect this effect. General Tips Strategize the fear. Players should use any anti-fear tools (Insignias, Medallions, (Spell #45438), (Spell #1020), (Spell #31224), (Spell #8143)) you can but make sure all of them don't use it at the first fear or there won't be enough up for the second fear (especially healers). Before the fear is cast, make sure players run away from nearby Doomfire. Being close to it while feared may end up killing that player. Make sure the decursers are spread out ready to decurse the entire raid.
