Hyjal Summit Rage Winterchill Anetheron Kaz'rogal Azgalor Archimonde Kaz'rogal, a doomguard, is the third boss of Hyjal Summit. It is a significant fight for your damage dealers due to his abilities eventually causing all the healers to die. Abilities (Spell #31436): Frontal high damage cleave. (Spell #31480): Stuns all within a small melee range. Can be outranged. (Spell #31447): Drains 600 mana per second from all players for 5 second. Targets without sufficient mana to drain will detonate, dealing 10213-11287 area of effect damage. General Tips The Mark of Kaz'rogal ability occurs every 60 seconds, but is casted more quickly as the fight progresses. With the gap decreasing by 10 seconds each time, there is a point where it will be cast continually. This puts an effective enrage timer on the boss of approximately 3 and a half minutes before it gets unbearable. Moving him to engage the tauren warriors and Thrall in the battle is a useful bonus. Together, they can damage about 15% health of Kaz'rogal. It does not matter where Kaz'rogal is tanked, just make sure all mana-based players are 10-15 yards away from each other. Having a warlock soulstone a healer that is low on mana would be a good idea depending on the percentage Kaz'rogal is at.
