Ok I just leveled up a shaman, for guild purpose, and I am not sure what enchants I should have on my weps.
The thing that makes most sense to me is either:
Slow wep WF/ Slow wep WF
Slow wep WF/ Fast wep FT
Fast wep FT/ Fast wep FT
Using the specc 11/60/0
I do realise that even enhancement shamans want more spelldmg now than before, becuase of the maelstrom proccs and instant chain lightning.
Any experienced enhance shamans could come with some suggestions? Am I completely lost?

Slow off-hand with FT will give lava lash a bit more damage. Even though it's not a lot of damage, it adds up after a while.
Faster weapons will not deal more DPS with flametongue, because it is based on weapon speed. Faster weapons will not proc maelstrom weapon more, because it is set on PPM (actually slower will, because your instant strikes have a higher proc chance).
I actually don't see a benefit for using a fast weapon at all, since maelstrom is PPM and your strikes are based off weapon damage. You'd see slightly more crits (thus keeping up UR and Flurry), but not enough when you factor in your strikes as well.

You sir - Are wrong, WF/FT with 2 x Slow Weapons has proven to be superior in any way.. And what is that $%^& about no solid date confirming it, go to the nearest training dummy and there you got your proof.
I'd like to see a WWS parse if you wouldn't mind since I'm clearly getting way different results than you regarding this matter.
I've done my own testing on this matter using my own weapons and, following the standard enhancement priority list "rotation", have concluded that slow/slow with dual Windfury will do more damage. I currently push 3800 - 4100 dps average in Naxx25 using two slow weapons with dual WF, enchanting for attack power, and gemming for hit/expertise. Using WF/FT on my current weapons I saw a drop to about 2900 - 3200.

I say that
I
have not seen any solid data because every damn time somebody produces WWS parses showing that slow OH FT > fast OH FT somebody show WWS parses that shows the oposite. So get off your high horse would you?
The reason why you see WWS parses with both instances is that the both produce reasonable dps: see below
That is correct. That's why offhands are so difficult to name best in slot. Flametongue benefits from as fast a weapon speed as possible while Stormstrike and Lava Lash benefit from slow speeds.
So to answer OP's question: there is no definitive answer.
A slow MH/slow OH with WF/WF will produce spiky dps.
A slow MH/slow OH with WF/FT will produce moderately consistent dps (more damage from SS and LL).
A slow MH/fast OH with WF/FT will produce more consistent dps (more damage from flametongue strikes).
What you choose depends on how you play and what your spec is. They will all produce roughly the same dps (depending on your rotations that is).
Note: this is my opinion and gleamed from what I have read/tested. The best way to find out what is best for you is to do your own testing...

How about a fast caster mh/fast dps oh with ft/ft?
To be honest, I have never actually tested this myself. Your explanation sounds rather interesting... I will have to give it a whirl.
