1. We can MT anything.
2. If there are 2 casters, I often tag one with faerie fire and feral charge the other. That gives you initial aggro on both. Then start backing into the caster you hit with faerie fire so it is within range of your swipe. That should do it.
3. Nothing fancy. You are a bear. Just be sure to maul everything, assuming you have the rage for it.

Every tank can be a main tank, Druids even have the highest EH for the job.
The reason for seeing so few bears is that we aren't the most played class, we have 4 different roles we can fulfill, and kitty pew pew is currently the fotm.
Macros
#showtooltip Mangle (Bear)
/cast
Mangle (Bear)()
/cast
Maul()
/#showtooltip Swipe (Bear)
/cast
Swipe (Bear)()
/cast
Maul()
#showtooltip Lacerate
/cast
Lacerate()
/cast
Maul()
#showtooltip Faerie Fire (Feral)
/cast
Faerir Fire (Feral)()
/cast
Maul()
Replace swipe, FFF and lacerate with the appropriate macro and add the mangle one to your bar but keep the unmacroed mangle handy for berserk+mangle spams when mauling would have you go rage starved.
/cast
Survival Instincts
/cast
Frenzied Regeneration
Makes a handy "Oh %^&*" button and you don't risk being CCed between SI and FR, while they can be used separately the healing from FR will be significantly increased by tying them together.
Single Target Priorities
Mangle every CD > FFF every CD > maintaining 5 stack Lacerate > Swipe
While keeping Demo Roar up if you're supplying the AP reduction.
AOE Priorities
Swipe > Swipe > Swipe
While keeping Demo Roar up if you're supplying the AP reduction.
Oh and if you find dps that'll give you time for anything but this let me know.
If LoS is available use it.
When dealing with a fairly spaced out group I'll generally FFF a ranged mob and immediately charge a melee one then get to the center where I can hit the majority of the group (including any ranged mobs I didn't FFF) and proceed to spam swipe and tossing a FFF at any ranged mobs that are just too far from the position which I can hit the majority from. Don't be afraid to have a DK Deathgrip ranged to you, just be sure to peal them off when they do.
If a ranged target that you just can't get to come to you decides to switch targets hit it with a growl+FFF then continue burning down the ranged mob/s where you're at so you can move the remaining melee adds over to the distant ranged add.
Here
are the two most common (for good reason) tanking specs, If you're not comfortable with your hit rating once you get into raids you can swap Glyph of Survival Instincts for Glyph of Growling to ensure you'll never miss a taunt.
In regards to FFFing one then chaging another as an opener this macro should do the trick.
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)()
/targetlasttarget
/cast Feral Charge (Bear)
First target the mob you want to charge, then target the one you want to FFF, then hit this and it should work its magic given you're within range to do both. Note, this should only be used for an opener.

1. I almost never see a druid as main tank when i'm raidng with my main (Warlock). Is it possible to act as main tank for a feral druid in raids, like toc and icc? I mean with equivalent gear as for that of paladins and warriors, similair item levels.
I am a druid, and i main tank for my guild. We are one of the best alliance progress guilds on my realm. It is quite possible to do :P By the way, up to now i have only seen a single warrior tank a raid. (there were a few warrior offtanks, but all of them were greatly sub-par in skill and knowledge)
Tanking casters? If their spread annoys you, the best way around it would be LoS pulling. But the most usual way is just running around like a psycho and swiping everything.
The stickies are wrote by experienced feral druids, and a Feral Tank does not have a whole bunch of tanking abilities, so there isnt a great ammount of tips... but what is wrote in the sticies works.

Sockets
red=agil/stam (shifting) or exp/stam (guardian's)
blue=stam (solid)
Yellow=hit/stam (vivid) or def/stam (enduring)
A
Nightmare Tear
is more than acceptable in a yellow socket, it grants a bit less stamina than vivid/enduring but grants 20 AP, 20 armor, and some crit/dodge (before multipliers)
If you have no interest in matching colors then use stamina (solid) gems after getting yur 1 red gem needed for either meta.
Metas
Austere Earthsiege Diamond
(1 +
3.7
) *
1.
33
*
1.1
*
1.02
= 703% armor from cloth/leather + non cloth/leather armor armor *
1.02
+ armor from agility/chants/buffs = total armor
This isn't a massive amount this far into armor but more mitigation never hurts, with 30k armor from gear alone (not including from agility or buffs) you get exactly 600 armor from the meta.
Effulgent Skyflare Diamond
static 2% magical damage reduction which isn't easy to come by
I recommend using Effulgent.
Most of this you can find at the link in my sig though it's not very well formatted so it's kind of a cluster@#$%.

Ah, well gl with putricide and here's hoping you get sindie's fang, makes for a mean stamina trinket and extra oh %^&* button.

Wow, not on my server. I'm the only feral druid in my (relatively small) guild, and in all the pugging I've done, I've seen maybe 2 feral DPS druids and 2 feral tanks.
Everybody seems to be Boomy, if not Resto.

I've never seen FFF in a tanking rotation. Just curious to see it in one, since it doesn't seen to be all that much damage. I don't use it outside of pulls myself...
The damage + armor reduction actually generates a nice amount of threat, especially when you consider that it costs you zero rage (zero
anything
, for that matter). There's no reason to skip it.

In addition to what windstrum said, it also has a 1 second GCD (every other Bear ability is 1.5). If you consider the GCD as the "time cost" of an ability, FFF is extremely worthwhile in any rotation. There's quite a few posts elaborating on the specifics, but the only on-the-GCD ability better than FFF in terms of "threat per second" is Mangle.

I have some aggro issues with my bear tank.
Like most I gem for stamina most of the time with an occasionally agility gem for a good gembonus, but I find myself having low tps in raids. Lets say on Onyxia25, I got about 5-6k tps while on my pally tank I easy have 7-8k tps constant. I know that I do proper "rotation" and using FFF which helped a bit but I still think its low. Are there any more I can do other then using lacerat to 5x stacks then alternate mangle,swipe and FFF? I have good build with all needed talents.

An armory/wowhead profile link would help draw a better picture of exactly where, if possible, you can make some small alterations for increased threat along the lines of gear and/or talents.
You've got berserk, popping it in the beginning once you've moved into place should provide a substantial threat lead and it should be ready again in P3 to break fear.
So long as you're not losing aggro there's no real problem and I wouldn't worry over something not comparing to a prot pally, that's been a trend for almost the entirety of WotLK.

Maul? :P but seriously.- assuming you do use maul. there doesnt seem to be an issue with your playstyle. hard to say as saying and doing is diffrent but :)

Since maul macros have been posted, we assume he uses those macros. So my guess is, he doesn't mention maul because he doesn't NEED to press it ^^

I do use berserk when I got 5x lacerate up to bump my threat up and its goes up to 7-7.5k tps but then when berserk is over it goes down again. No, I am not loosing aggro but its pretty dame close.. hunters usually is 5-10% behind me at 20% or so when BL usually is popped they can pass me. Dont mind the +20 arp gem in wep.. I used wrong gem and havent bothered to change it yet. :)

Yeah I use maul ofc! :) I got it macroed to swipe and mangle so I always use it when possible.

i have some problem keeping aggro on my druid since its an alt (but i have to tank one of the 10 man since our last offtank didnot want to tank anymore because he didn't like the playstyle....)
So im undergeared vs other raider. But i keep Omen active and i use strategic taunt to hold aggro
This is not a problem on fight where i have to exchange the boss with our pally tank witch is also the Guild MT, but in fight like Rotface where the pally take the Slime, it usually watch omen.
If i see a ranged DPS too high i taunt it at 125%. For a melee i try to taunt at 107%
i had no problem holding aggro with this strategy.
but i hope a good staff/polearm will drop for me, or a hilt! :D
