You need
better gear
, plain & simple. See the stickies for options, but you should buy new robe/legs/ring/helm (maybe even weapon, bracers, gloves) and get yourself enchanted properly. You shouldn't think about running Naxx10 until you improve the basics.

: Oh, and the tailoring craftables are all BoE. No need to level your own profession; just buy the stuff.

Yes...the only reason I stick with tailoring is for the embroideries. As far as buying gear, there is a plethora of options; what all you end up with just depends on your server's economy and how much gold your willing to dish out.
